The Founders

Tony Miles


Anthony leads the technical and operational teams at DST, where seeds of ideas are grown and bloom to fully realised products. He is a qualified microelectronics engineer and his background is in electronics, software, sound engineering and broadcast – and at each stage of his career has strived to improve outdated technology and challenge archaic ideals.

Peter Worrall


Peter leads the marketing and research teams, establishing why DST’s products are needed and how they can create a more sustainable planet.  His background spans new media, publishing and the hospitality sectors including at broadcast security at Fortium. He’s continuously looking at what customers are expecting from their products and how DST’s innovations can match up to their expectations – rather than the “build it and they will come” philosophy that currently dominates the technological world.

Operational Management

Dr Stephen Hughes

Global Projects Manager

PhD trained as a synthetic chemist with a focus on medical imaging agents, Stephen’s main area of focus is electroluminescent coatings, dyes, and inks. He leads Global Projects and has been responsible for ensuring DST ideas come to fruition, establishing supplier networks that mean our innovations maintain their leading-edge. His background includes working within military defence and survival aids. 

Michael Davidge

Business Development Manager

Michael establishes contact with both new and existing clients to ensure they are kept up-to-date on our latest innovations. His background with chemical research allows him to understand client concerns and report back to development teams to ensure we can continue innovating, improving and modernising our products offerings.
